-(으)ㄹ수록

In Korean, the suffix -(으)ㄹ수록 is used to express "the more [something], [then] ..."

Usage with -(으)면

The conditional suffix -(으)면 can be used in addition to -(으)ㄹ수록 for extra emphasis.

빠르면 빠를수록 좋아요.

The quicker, the better.

Fixed expressions

• With the verb 가다, as in 갈수록, the meaning is changed to something like "as time goes on." Literally translates to "the more [time] goes, ..."

갈수록 더워요.

It keeps getting hotter.
