In Korean, the suffix -(으)ㄹ수록 is used to express "the more [something], [then] ..."
Usage with -(으)면
The conditional suffix -(으)면 can be used in addition to -(으)ㄹ수록 for extra emphasis.

The quicker, the better.
Fixed expressions
With the verb 가다, as in 갈수록, the meaning is changed to something like "as time goes on." Literally translates to "the more [time] goes, ..."
