Korean pronoun

Pronouns come in varying levels of formality.
For example, ๋ and ์ are both first-person singular, differing only in that ์ is more polite.
Pronouns have alternative forms when used with particles.[cite:@armstrong2020korean]
E.g. when ๋ is used as the subject of a sentence, it is written ๋ด๊ฐ.
Pronouns are used less often in Korean than they are in English. Names or title are often used instead, or often nothing at all! It is common to omit pronouns when the subject is clear from the context.[cite:@ubckorean5.1] Especially second-person pronouns.
๋ exists as a colloquial contraction of ๋๋ฅผ (first-person singular pronoun used as a direct object).
