Music theory

Music theory is the theory of music.

Piano

The white keys on a piano correspond to the seven notes A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. The notes repeat each octave. The distance between two adjacent white keys is called a whole step. Black keys in between mark sharps/flats. A black key is a half step from its adjacent white keys.
