An ever-growing list of things to do and learn

There are many, many things I'd like to learn. I lack the time and focus for most.

Language

Grammar

I don't know very much about English grammar. I couldn't tell you what a transitive verb is. I could, nowadays!

Korean

The Korean language is really cool. I've yet to make much progress in a foreign language, but I'm surprised with the progress I'm currently making!

Spanish

Super useful language.

Linguistics

Not much personal progress here. Linguistics is a fascinating field, abstracting language. I do casually and occasionally read through a linguistics book I keep in my purse.

Phonetics

Fun! I'm okay with the IPA.

Arabic

Beautiful language, as far as I can tell.

Polish

Spent a couple months with it, and was an A1 speaker at one point. Not much use for the language, although I think it has a nice sound.

Mandarin

Mandarin is really cool.

Science, mathematics, technology

Biology

I really need to brush up on my high school biology.

Physics

Absolutely loved physics in high school. Unfortunately I didn't retain much.

Analysis

Uncountability makes me uncomfortable.

Category theory

A tiny bit of personal progress in category theory.

Topology

Seems to come up constantly in category theory and type theory.

Homotopy type theory

Really cool. Slowly getting into HoTT with Agda.
