Past tense (Korean)
Korean verbs can be conjugated into the past tense (κ³Όκ±°) to describe an action that has already happened.
Polite-informal (ν΄μ체)
In polite-informal speech, verbs are brought into the past tense with -μμ΄μ, -μμ΄μ, or -νμ΄μ:
if the verb stem ends with γ or γ , append -μμ΄μ;
if the verb stem ends with -ν, append -νμ΄μ;Wiktionary calls this ν-irregular, but many resources seem to consider ν-irregular verbs to be regular.
otherwise, append -μμ΄μ.
